The Grim Sleeper is one of the most ruthless serial killers in Los Angeles history, preying on the women of South Central for decades. In 2001, detectives in the LAPD’s cold case unit re-open the files on a series of unsolved murders from the 1980s. All of the women were shot with a .25-caliber automatic, their bodies dumped in alleyways. As police search for DNA evidence to unlock the case, they are stunned to discover a new victim – 14 years after the last known murder.
