Beth joined as receptionist three and a half years ago. Since she became Office Manager, the company has opened two new offices at HQ, increased post-production by 50% and increased its headcount substantially. Throughout that period, Beth has overseen budgets, implemented new systems and process and ensured their on-time delivery. She is also responsible for recruitment of runners, a team of people that she also ensures have good progression opportunities within the company. In between, she has also managed to work on productions, and look after Arrow’s social media profile.
