Beth joined Arrow as a receptionist in 2016 and has since progressed through the office management route to become Facilities Manager. During her time at Arrow, the company has opened two new offices at HQ, increased post-production by 50%, and increased its headcount substantially. Throughout that period, Beth has overseen several projects and budgets, implemented new systems and process and ensured their on-time delivery. Beth is responsible for recruiting and managing the runners, and aiding their progression within the company. She helped Arrow navigate the pandemic year and continues to work on Arrow’s post-COVID strategy.
